"Russia In Parallel"
The American economy is over. Kept alive for a while yet by the sheer volume of debt-based leverage, it is just a matter of time...
The fall of the Soviet Union, and the crumbling of Russia's economy are parallels to the present collapse of the American power structure. Author, screenwriter and researcher, Everett Hallford returns to dissect the present day state of America, the prospects for the American people based on the models of collapsed Russia, and the parallels with Russia that show us where we are headed and and lessons we need to learn now.
We discuss the intertwined history of Europena bloodlines with Russia nd the US, the plans used repeatedly to ruin economies, starve the populace, and corrupt the religious systems. But, this time we need to have hope---the IS a change in consciousness...the elites power is slipping...the questions are whether humanity is ready to finally take back its power and stop the cabalists in their tracks.

Prodigy by Everette Hallford"
Frank Glen, a grief stricken journalist, who has lost his wife three years before to cancer, has been struggling for months with these recurrent dreams of a train wreck, nightmares which have finally prompted him to see a psychiatrist. After losing his job with a news magazine, he has reluctantly taken an assignment with a Paranormal magazine to write a story about a severely autistic boy named Jonathan. Abandoned by his father to an institution after his mother’s death, Jonathan has been brought by a neurophysician to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York to test a new drug protocol. The boy was repeating a series of phrases which seemed to be incoherent mumbling, which earlier with the help of a linguist friend, the doctor realized were in fact backward speech. The boy had been mumbling backwards for months, if not years, “Please someone talk to me.” After opening a path of communication, the doctor soon realized that the boy is in fact a prodigy, and among his many talents, including a keen intellect, he possesses what seem like supernatural abilities to sense things about people and possibly to even see into both the future and the past. The central action of the screenplay follows Frank’s deepening involvement with Jonathan, with whom he finally bonds. Jonathan helps him to come to terms with his grief and to understand the meaning of his dreams.
"Visionary" also has the elements used in the TV series, "Touch" and is the first published novel by Everett (Michael Halford)
Slacker reporter, Jim Jacobson, is sent to cover the visit of the mystic-prophet figure, Nigel Fox. Jacobson's skepticism is exceeded only by his self doubt and remorse about his own life.
Michael (Everett) Hallford, born in 1959 in Texas, was the eldest of five children. His parents were both the descendants of some of the first American settlers in Texas, their ancestors having come on the first wagon trains from Missouri in the 1840s. Related by blood and marriage to some of the notable figures in Texas history, among them Davy Crockett, John Bridger, and Lyndon Johnson, he was raised in modest means, neither his parents, nor his grandparents were college educated. He was able through diligence and inborn intelligence to win a four year scholarship to Rice University where he studied biochemistry for two years, and then to his parents’ disapproval, switched to English Literature. He wanted to write, and he read as many of the classics as his mind could absorb. Upon graduation, unable to find a writing position, he took a job as a claims examiner for an insurance company, a position he has held in various companies since graduating in 1983. He is married to a wonderful woman named Victoria and has four beautiful children, the youngest of whom is autistic. In 1998, he was ordained a deacon in a traditionalist Greek Orthodox church in Astoria New York and he was ordained to the priesthood in January 2004, and now serves as an assistant priest in an emigrant parish in New York City.
